Today is the Day!
I hope this message finds you well.
If you have read Once Upon A Time, a collection of short stories for those trying to find your way home, I want to thank you. And thank you if you have shared encouraging words, they have meant a great deal.
I have exciting news — Once Upon A Time, Volume Two — twelve new short stories, is available today; and for a very short time the eBook version is listed on Amazon for only 99¢.
I am hoping you will download it. Though I’d love for you to read the entire book, if you could just select 2 or 3 stories to read and write a review of those on Amazon, it would help tremendously with getting this book in front of new readers.
AND, if you’re like me and just want a real book you can hold in your hands, the paperback will be available on December 17th from Amazon and Redemption Press.
Here’s the link to download the ebook!
You’ll want to use your desktop or laptop because the mobile version of Amazon does not give you the option to download the eBook.
These instructions may be helpful if you’ve never left a review before.
Book Review Instructions: It would be helpful for you to post your review on AMAZON by 12/15/24. Here are some things to keep in mind when writing your review:
- A book review is not a summary of the book. It should be YOUR thoughts about the book. How did the book help YOU specifically?
- Do not include any identifying details within your review. Such as, “I am so proud of my FRIEND and this book shares his journey.”
- Be honest with your star assessment. Studies actually show people searching for books feel reviews are more authentic when there are a variety of star assessments, so give it the star rating you believe it has earned.
- If you purchase a hard copy of the book from Amazon, please wait to post your review AFTER you have received it from Amazon. This will list your review as verified.
Again, thank you for considering this. It’s more challenging than you may realize to become known as an author when you have never had a presence in the public realm.
And I very much hope you enjoy the stories . . . they were written for you.
Welcome, I'm Sam!
A fellow traveler on this journey we call life and this path we call the Christian faith, wanting to share the incredible things God chose to reveal to me. Stories have always been a mirror in which we can see ourselves, if we only look more closely. We are all like the children of Israel in the wilderness, wanting and needing to establish ourselves in the promised land. Stories can help us to get there, and to flourish there.
I can't wait to get to know you!
Best,
Sam
